Hi, I’m Ola Adedamola — Ola for short. Senior Product Designer with 7+ years of experience shaping digital products across fintech, AI, renewable energy, SaaS, in both B2B and B2C spaces. I focus on creating products that truly impact users through a human-centered approach while driving business success.
With a degree in Computer science, my work lives at the intersection of product strategy, research, design & management; bringing ideas from concept to launch through continuous ideation, testing, and iteration.
The goal has always been to contribute to meaningful digital products and experiences that scale with purpose — combining clarity, functionality, and human connection at every level.
I have collaborated with product, engineering and design teams to build digital products that shapes people’s way of life. Outside of work, I spend my time taking photos, traveling, watching movies and gaming.
My Design Principles
I personally believe design principles should be independent of any project and grounded in objectivity, not aesthetics alone, but systems, clarity, and outcomes.
That said, across my work, three principles consistently guide how I design:
Clarity Over Complexity
I design for understanding first. My work is centered on reducing cognitive load, improving hierarchy, and ensuring users understand exactly what to do next.
Clear layouts, purposeful spacing, and intuitive flows are always at the core.
Functionality Driven by Real Insight
Every design choice must solve a real problem. My process is always grounded in research, data, and user behavior. I design experiences that are not only beautiful, but measurably effective, efficient, and conversion-focused.
Cohesion Through Systems
Font sizes, weights, and alignments varied across screens, affecting readability and breaking brand continuity.
